Description

This beautiful quality silver mounted cut glass glue pot was made in Birmingham 1903 by the renowned silversmiths John Grinsell & Sons. The heavy sliced-cut glass body mounted with a simple and elegant silver cover. The lid with a simple and stylish baluster hollow handle. The inner cover with brush attachment. Glue pots are rather scarce and this is a delightful example.

JG&S for John Grinsell & Sons.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "d" for 1903.

Diameter: 4 cm / 1.4 inches.
Condition:
Glass in excellent condition.
Silver lid in very good condition.
