Description
This is a gorgeous and rather stylish sterling silver and crystal dimpled glass decanter. Made by the prolific Scottish silversmiths Hamilton & Inches, it is dated Edinburgh 1928 . The dimpled clear glass body with a decorative pinched collar. The tapered neck fitted with a plain silver lid with a simple and elegant ring handle.The base with smooth pontil.
Hallmarks:
H&I for Hamilton & Inches.
Edinburgh Assay.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "X" for 1922.

Height: 28cm - 11 inches.
Base: 10cm x 10cm - 4 inches x 4 inches.
Condition:
Very good.
Glass in very good condition.
No damage to inner neck or stopper.
