Description

This fabulous Irish silver cream jug was made by Robert Breading and is dated Dublin 1805. Of oval bellied form with a raised girdle, it is finely bright-engraved with prick-dot and foliate motifs.
Reeded border and angular handle.
Both sides with a vacant reserve.
Hallmarks:
RB for Robert Breading.
Dublin Assay mark ( Harp Crowned)
Lion Passant.
Date letter "I" for 1805.
Duty Mark.
