Description
This delightful silver mounted and pique tortoiseshell jewellery box was made by the renowned Mappin & Webb and is dated Birmingham 1922. The hinged cover decorated with a delicate ribbon-tied floral garland. The plain circular silver base raised on three fleur-de-lys feet.The domed lid opening to reveal the original ivory coloured velvet interior.
Black Morocco on the underside impressed with retailers' marks.
