Description
This unusual silver hat pin is hallmarked for Chester 1923 and bears the marks of the renowned Charles Horner. The steel pin mounted with a circular mount inset with three small amber glass paste stones. The back with a swivel mechanism.Hallmarks:
C.H for Charles Horner.
Chester Assay mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "l" for 1912.
