Description
This is a rather striking and very unusual George V silver lidded large opaline glass scent bottle. Of baluster form, the turquoise opaline glass body with raised enamel decorations. Mounted with a fully hallmarked pull-off silver lid and neck. The neck with a faceted glass stopper.Hallmarks:
S.J for Samuel Jacobs.
London Assay Mark.
Date letter "p" for 1910.
Lion Passant.
