Description
This is a very unusual medium-sized American silver mounted match striker. Made circa 1900, the clear glass spherical body mounted on a sterling silver pedestal base. The base embossed with a floral garland within a bluebell border. The underside with a textured metal base acting as a striker.Hallmarks:

Glass in good condition, minor scratches, commensurate with age and use.
Silver base in very good condition.
