This superb Edwardian silver & crocodile 5 inches wallet bears the marks of Ludwig Krumm, a renowned London-based silver exporter. The rich brown crocodile skin wallet mounted with four sinuous silver corners, very much in the Art Nouveau manner. The back plain. The silver clasp is fully functioning and opens to reveal a light leather interior offering various compartments for cards, stamps, notes.Hallmarks:
L.K for Ludwig Krumm.
London Export Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "f" for 1901.
Condition:
very good.
Crocodile skin in good shiny condition.
Corners a little uneven, commensurate with age.
Clasp in very good condition.
Relatively clean interior.
