Description
This good quality, good gauge, solid silver sugar bowl is dated Chester 1922 and bears the marks of the Barker Brothers. Of traditional form, the fluted lower section raised on a narrow oval pedestal base. The sides flanked by two reeded handles. The interior with very pale gilt wash.Hallmarks:
HEB over FEB for the Barker Brothers.
Chester Assay.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "w" for 1922.
