This superb double struck basting spoon in the King's Hourglass pattern was made by Robert Gray & Sons and is dated Glasgow 1824. This large basting spoon is the much sought after Hourglass Kings pattern. It boasts a hefty weight and feels wonderful in the hand. The quality is superb, it is indeed rare to have a double-struck Scottish example. The condition is good with very little wear to the decoration or bowl.

This fabulous cased set of six sterling silver lobster picks was made by highly collectable William Hutton & Sons and is dated Sheffield 1928. Each with a plain rounded scoop to one end and a two pronged pick at the other. The centres decorated with a lobster. The backs fully hallmarked.
